Faced with high fuel costs and the desire for a more efficient, eco-friendly solution, he developed a unique rocket stove—combining engineering principles with hands-on operational insights from his kitchens.
After successfully reducing fuel consumption across his five restaurants, Mr. Chandrasekaran realized this wasn’t just a personal breakthrough—it was a potential game-changer for others in the hospitality industry and beyond.
